First, sit down and stretch out your legs in front and place your arm on your thighs. By inhaling bend yourself forward and try holding your palm. Now breathe normally and be in this position for about 10-seconds, come back to normal position, and now repeat this 3 to 4 times.

Lie down forward by your face touching the floor and back facing the ceiling, keep your arm straight and palm facing the ceiling. Lift your legs up and try to hold your legs. Go back to the normal position after 30 sec. Repeat the position for 3 to 4 times.

Dhanurasana was named after the structure of your body while doing this aasan, you form a shape of a Dhanush ( bow ). In the starting sit in padmasana now slowly try to bend backward and place your head on the ground, as your head touches the ground lift your chest upward hold the position for a few seconds, and repeat this 3 to 4 times.

Matsyasana is very simple even beginners can do it easily. The fish pose helps in curing bloating and indigestion problem and improves blood circulation in the head.

4) Bhujangasana

Lie down on your tummy, your palms placed near your head. At the time of exhaling lift your head and chest up by stretching your arms and by inhaling come back to the same position. Do this 8 to 10 times.

Bhujangasana or cobra position with a great posture for your back and spine but also good for your skin it helps chest to open up and inhale more oxygen which will give a glow on your face.

5) Uttanasana

  • Stand straight keeping your hands by your side.
  • Bend forward and try to push your head to your legs by placing your palms on the side.
  • Ensure your back and legs are straight.
  • Repeat a few more times.

Lie down facing the ceiling and keep your palm towards the ceiling now gently lift your legs at 90 degrees and take them over your head to touch the floor if your unable to do it in a go try going slowly and not pressuring your body much because pressuring much can lead to injury.
