Google Shopping permits the users to search for, view and compare products on Google search page. Google Shopping Prestashop extension helps the Prestashop store owners to map their products to Google Shopping and offers the following advantages:

Profile Handling
Profile handling permits the store admin to select the basic settings to list the product like –Store category selection, Currency, Language and other required details.
Product Description Template
The Google Shopping Integration Module allows using the placeholders for the product description. The admin can use the placeholders like – id_product} {product_title} {manufacturer_name} {price}.
Exclude Items
In the general Setting section, owner gets a feature to exclude items which are out of stock, whose price is less than a specified amount and the products which do not have any UPC or EAN number.
Utm Tracking
Store owner gets the facility to analyze the traffic comes to their PrestaShop store by using Utm parameters.
Product Addition
All the items that store owner needs to add on the Google Shopping can be viewed under the Product listing tab of the Google Shopping Connector extension. The store owner can view the product image, Listing Id, Name, Profile to which items is mapped, Listing Status and Date Added.
Feed Handling
In this tab of the Google Shopping PrestaShop Connector, the admin will get the feature to configure a schedule on which the module can upload products on Google without any manual interference. Store owner can set feed scheduling as per their choice.
Enable Or Disable Items
This feature permits the store owner to disable their items from the product listing page. The Disabled products will get disabled from the Google Shopping store. Store owner can enable these disabled items later.
Synchronization
To automate the product listing, orders synchronization, product status update the owner needs to run the cron. The owner can set this cron for a specific time and as soon as the cron will run the automated process will synchronize the data between the PrestaShop and Google Shopping.
Local Sync
Local Sync allows the owner to synchronize the product from the PrestaShop store to the Google Shopping Integration module. This setting is available under the synchronization section of the PrestaShop Google Shopping Integration module.
Sync Product Status
By clicking the “Sync Product Status” the store owner can update the Google Shopping listing status of the products. This can help to track the status of the product on the product listing page of the Google Shopping PrestaShop connector module.
