Muslim Tolerance To Non-Muslims

tasbih-fastig

What is Tawhid? – Tawhid is also known as Fasting. description: Tawhid is a form of habit which involves the worship of God in Islam in tasbih with du’a (prayer) being performed by reciting sacred scriptural hymns. It’s often repeated, using both the palms of your hands or a mulch to keep count.

Tawhid is considered to be a vital part of Ismail (Islamic) spirituality. This is because the act of reciting the relevant supplication is said to be a test of how strictly one adheres to the Islamic religion. The practice of tasbih dates back to the time of the early Islam. The recitation of hymns was seen as a measure of knowledge and power that only the scholar of Islam could have. Islamic law states that one should not commit acts of worship except for those that are commanded by God. Thus, Muslims always recite tasbih (religious recitation of prayers).

The principle behind tasbih (religious recitation of prayers) is to emulate the way the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) practiced it. The story goes that the holy Prophet (SAW) went into a trance and it was only through the power of god that he was able to talk (recituate) a couple of verses from the quran. The same method is used today when one recites supplications to God Almighty during a prayer. One must do it with pure devotion in mind so that the message being conveyed to God can be clearly understood.

It should be noted that tasbih has a negative meaning in Islam. One who does it without devotion is considered as a muhadi or an idolator by Islam. Another way of looking at it is that a person who recites the sacred texts in a way that is not consistent with the teachings of Islam cannot be considered as one who follows the true path of Islam. Thus, tasbih can be seen as a way of purifying one’s soul and mind and not as a religious act.

In Arabic, tasbih means worship or prayer. In Urdu, however, it simply means reciting the sacred texts. In Arabic, tasbih stands for ‘prayer’ and ‘worldly desires’. It has nothing to do with Islamic beliefs and therefore anyone who believes in Islamic beliefs will never be required to do it. However, the people who follow strict Islamic laws and principles must perform this procedure regularly. The recitation of sacred texts is a must in salat (classical Islamic prayer) and other Islamic rituals.

The concept of tasbih was spread by the followers of the prophet Muhammad (SAW), who wanted to impose his teachings on the people and turn them into Muslims. Therefore, they imposed tasbih on themselves. This was a precautionary measure so that the religion they were practicing would not be corrupted. This procedure is still very widespread in many Islamic countries. Muslims believe that the day of Ramadan must be spent in prayer; therefore, they fast all day long and do not eat anything before prayer.

Taweez or tasbih means peace; and this is a must in all Islamic countries, even though some cultures might have different ideas about what peace means to them. However, one thing that is certain is that peace must be kept in one’s mind, or else it will be taken away. There is no freedom to be free, for one must earn it by being kind and sharing one’s resources with others. Muslim scholars believe that the one who gives peace is blessed and has a special status.

Therefore, one must perform tasbih religiously even if he is not able to attend a Salat (prayer) with proper prayer times. One must fast as much as possible and must make sure that he gives to charity even if he is earning only a little amount. This is because charity is a way of life and is considered as work in Islam. As such, one must work hard and earn the blessings that are due to him. A Muslim who performs tasbih will be called ‘muhsan’ or blessed.
