Professionalism, quality, responsiveness, value. I chose EzLaptopRepair after reading the reviews and mainly because it is close to where I live. I called them that morning and Pete, the owner, was with me the same day. Pete showed me so much (wish I had remembered everything!), And he took over two Dell tables that are about 6 years old and started giving me trouble. I will call you soon to do more work for me. Updates, I expand my RAM and add a hard drive. Next time, I’ll write down the important things Pete showed me because I like to know more about computers. Thanks, Pete !!
