There is a period of complete fasting that may comprise of two days or even 4 days in some cases and you eat the rest of the days. It is also effective but there are less days of fasting in a week according to this plan.

Time restricted feeding:

It is also known as 16:8 diet plan. It is considered the most effective plan for fat loss. In this type of fasting, you eat for 8 hours in a day and fast for remaining 16 hours. So you get a window of 8 hours in a day. In this plan, men fast for almost 16 hours while women fast for 14 hours. The remaining time you eat food and gain calories to do chores.

The warrior diet plan:

In this diet plan, you eat a heavy meal only at dinner, before sleeping. During rest of the day, you can only eat fruits and vegetables and no other meal. It is like fasting in the day and having feast before sleeping.
