The casual term used before was Ultimate Frisbee, but then it’s reported to be a registered trademark of a toy company that’s why the sport is now referred to as Ultimate. Moreover, the term Frisbee is any flying object so it’s not the actual sport.

If you’re not familiar with it, Ultimate is a sport where two teams of 7 players each try to pass the disc until it reaches the goal. It’s kind of like football but you have to use your hands, and once you’re holding the disc, you can’t run until you pass it to your teammate.

Meanwhile, you can also play it in a field with your family or friends even if you just have small teams.

8. Baseball

If you’re not ready to have a full set yet, start with playing catch especially if you’re playing with kids. But once they learn the basics, you can start creating a team or two.
