Tasbih:

Tasbih (stress less prayer) is one of three basic prayer tasbih (tensionless prayer). Taste (prayer) is a special form of dhikr which involves the glorification of God on all occasions in Islam; this is performed with both hands; however, it is believed that the hands are more suitable for performing it because they are believed to be the highest authority.

A simple form of tasbih called name (short for namaz) was introduced by Mufti Taqi Usmani in his famous fatwa (religious order). It involves reciting a sacred verse followed by body movements.
